Ash had the details but I think it was originally 2% damage increase per skill level and it was also per 2 base dex or something. It made it literally do millions of damage.

I couldn't find it either :X

So, what would be the best build for Doram damage-wise? :rice:

Pure physical.

But the best build overall for MVPing would be a mixed phys/support build. Tuna Party with 80k HP is crazy good.

i think worm effect is 1% damage per 1 dex

what we got 2% per 6 dex

ripperino  :heh:

still enough to hit 400kish,

pure physical with 125 vit and tao = 205k hp

but no Tuna Party and Belly,

so pots all the way

I am really thinking of making a pure physical build, but I will wait 'til I gathered enough info from my friends with regards to their opinions/suggestions as I can only create 1 doram character on my account. :p_sad:

All that HP is put to waste without Tuna Party. That would make 102,000 damage absorption. Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

i made another doram with same setup, 200kish hp

but full supportive tree

and made a WL with a lot of mvps , even high wizard one

and tested it in pvp room

i used my WL  white imprison on Doram, Intensification, Mystical Amplification and SE

without tuna party the WL SE by total hit around 130-150k

then i used Tuna Party on doram, repeat same thing on my WL

it absorbed WL SE 2 times lol ( 4 hits SE with full buffs )

final skill of supportive tree says "More effective Tuna defense"

im not sure increased by how much, but it is GG  :rice:

( use accessories that reduce tuna party CD by 5 seconds ( 10 if wear both ), or accessories that autocast Tuna Party by chance when you get attacked )

Basically all 3 builds server a wonderful purpose. But I personally think if you are gonna solo MVP a Tuna Party/Picky Peck build is the best.

Here's the original kRO thread the video originates from:

http://www.inven.co....4544&p=11&l=856

They say it was done on kRO Sakray (사크라이) and could be a difficult setup to do on main servers (손쉬운 셋팅은 아니지만) so I imagine they are using some expensive or difficult to obtain gears. Of course we also have to factor in Excellion gear (future update for iRO) and kRO only shadow sets. Since it was Sakray the Doram class may also have been in early testing which might be why stuff like the accessories were reduced.

However that's not to say that a kitty won't be able to do stuff like that on iRO, just that like other classes it may require time / income investment to be max leveled and max geared.

From a kRO player:

Physical Doram is special.  If you are VERY RICH on KRO... You will be able to do anything by yourself.  But there is a very big gap in power between rich and poor... It is all about after cast delay.  Kiel Card, Heartwing Headband, Excellion Suit Set.. and high attack speed... Very expensive to buy.  The HTF video linked in here is someone with very best gears.  Not a regular Doram.

I hope this information helps people a little.. I am player from kRO and I am excited to see it on iRO! I love playing with Dorams :)

Kiels play a big role with PP damage so Excellion Suit/New Wave Sunnies will be an awesome cheap combo, but if you happen to have 2x Kiels on hand or just a strings on standby, just go ape-_- with a full phys build. The damage is nuts :U

Yeah, I saw a kRO screenshot with that combo so I made sure to get some New Wave Sunglasses when they came to iRO. :rice:

Just gotta wait for Excellion now. :p_sleep:

They use the Reload Shadow set there, basically for DPS increase. As far as damage goes, iRO will be at almost the same spot, and bringing an alt stringer is not a hard task here.

Depends on how you hybridize it. If you chose to not get the last passive, effectively you halve your damage output.
If you go all the way there but not maxing the 1st passive, thus having 8 remaining job points, you only lose on 20% ranged dmg.

Yupp

scale from 1/3 to 1/2 from full phys build, depends on how you hybridize it

Dont forget that you get the 10% atk buff if you dont max the phys tree wich kinda makes up for a little of the damage. I'd say giving up on the 1st passive is the least damage loss you can have.
