My RO crashes when i pop a lv10 Mercenary Scroll. Theres an error that pops up saying Ai.lua Error. I am unable to log on my Doram without it crashing because my Mercenary is still out. Please fix!!

I've already replied to your issue on the patch thread. In any case, check Solution #12 in the sticky topic on this sub-forum created by Axylus. You'll need to download the default AI system to fix the issue.

Everytime I try to patch the patch wont finish. Is there a manual patch I can download individually?

Yes. Go to the FTP server and download the files at the very end. You're looking for the following ones:

3066 2017-02-16data_gm_r.gpf
3067 2017-02-16data_gm_desc_r.rgz
3068 data_gm_descholder.gpf
3069 2017-02-16data_gm_r.rgz
3070 data_gm_descholder.gpf
3071 2017-02-16_gm_ragexe.rgz
3072 data_gm_descholder.gpf

data_gm_descholder.gpf is a common file so you don't need to download it again. Get the other four files and transfer them to your RO game folder. Run the client and it should patch itself. Your patcher probably has an issue with one of the files, the Doram update file which is 55.5 MB. Once it is successful, don't forget to delete the 5 files. Since they won't get auto-deleted.

Yep it was the doram file not properly downloading from the host. Someone else just gave me theirs and it worked out way quicker.
