loL so the moment the server went up i did create a DOram on my secondary account and submitted a ticket about 5 Hours ago~

drive my daughter to school
Went to the mall to pickup up some supplies
and now back home @__@ and ticket still had no reply...

So so so so so so... if the system works like this GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US who have 12+ characters on our main accounts!

i just remembered that i have Filed Ticket that still in queue for over a year loL

Not to be standing on the GM/CM's side on this but you arent the only person to send in a ticket, for all you know there may be another 50 people in front of you who have submitted it before yours got through.

if you put a ticket in and want a reply and solution in 5 hours, you have the problem.

True. Or maybe a week  If they haven't replied after 3 days, I usually send a follow up regarding my ticket tho.

ohhh i thought that they had put a special team for this kind of occasion! since the issues are focused to the migrated accounts having problems on creating a Doram Char.. if so the process of ticket will go as usual then its a GOOD LUCK then @__@ its like a roulette either your tickets gets a reply on the minimum day or not or maybe never...

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the sprite error on the account? Thor players had this issue where some headgears caused their characters to disconnect upon login. Those items would have to be deleted in order to allow you to access said character.

I put up my ticket to transfer my doram from account 1 to account 2 and the char name. Put it when server is up as well.. I think its 15 hours since then. My doram is already in my main account.. wee.

 

This was even faster than my VAS request that took half a day longer.

I put in my ticket at about 10pm last night and it was transferred at about 2:30am...I think that's a pretty fast response time! (Or maybe they noticed all the money I was spending on the game and expedited my ticket? Lol...)
