When did you install the game? Are you using any antivirus/security programs on your system?

Did you get the installer from here? Are there any errors or unusual messages in the patch progress bar?
For now try the following:
Set the exes Ragexe and Ragnarok to admin levels.
If that didn't help set the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP3, the setting is found in the same window where you set the admin levels.
Also make sure Setup.exe is configured accordingly.
If things persist please post your OS model and possibly an error log from the system.

Yes I do got the correct installer, but still "RAGEXE.exe has stopped working" persist. Im running win10 64x, amd a8-7600 proci and 16Gb ram. Im so very much desperate to play this game. My email is <snip>@gmail.com.

Let's try this:
Double check your running applications, and if something is blocking the game from launching.
Also keep an eye on the patch progress bar.
