I have two sapphire wrists and I have Aid Condensed Potion level 10, mine are carded w/ DarkLord Essence Int3 but it seems I am only getting 10 int instead of the 14 I should be getting for each sapphire wrist

sapphire wrist is working just fine, double check if you dont have any gear/buff that may affect int because the item is fine just checked it
