If I refine my item using hd carnium, it will never go back to 9 right? Only -1 if 11 and above? Its also according to irowiki. I just want an assurance. Thank you.

if its hd carnium it will go lowest to +10
+10 is safe level.

+15 is nearly impossible, +12 is quite doable. +13~+14 are doable if you have A LOT of ores in stock, and a nice amount of luck as well.
