So i managed to get my ranger to 175 with a +9bxb 2as
120 agi
110 dex/luk
70vit
60int

The hope is to do some instance on my own, without an AB alt following around.

I feel/know that i have to change my my stat and weapon. Crimson bow looks promising, tho i cant reach 193(no tattoo's nor costume yet) without bxb's aspd and im not sure if crimson is good in AS.
Change bow now or farm for costume aspd and bako tats?

you can still auto atk click aka hitlock with bxb and the damage not that bad. you still can reach 40K per hit with eddga, hawkeye and nolimit active

 

hmm i don't use bako for my aspd ranger, i use 2x luk glove for reaching high crit rate

 

you can use fallen monk rosary x 2 for alternative cheap aspd/crit accessory

it give you 18 crit rate and 10% aspd

Dragon Wing, +9 is fine, with EA/Sharp Enchants.

I managed to solo ogh with almost the same stats and same gears. I had a +9 fire wws and +9 wwm. I used traps for the 2 minibosses and the amdarais

Im reading through the faceworm nest instance guide, I guess its something i cant do with just +9 vana, right?

It's hard but not impossible as Ranger, the trick is Arrow Storm + EST.

Try to familiarize where the AKs and BKs spawn and avoid not running into them directly

Nice! Thank you able to complete ogh now and can kill 4 mini faceworm queen and bako,too. Any instance you think a ranger can do with ease?

A ranger can solo any instance, but the one I would recommend is just a little too tedious to do is Horror Toy Factory. Unless you got a spare MoT around then it is much easier.

Kami posted a video on the NTF thread a while back. AS then run is basically the best strat you do apart from using ETS I guess.

It's the only effective strat, however Kami used a MOT bow, which is why she had less trouble with it, otherwise Kimi wrecks your damage :X

That MOT BxB sure play significant role like Nirvanna said above, try trapper ranger through reading fuyuki guide for better survivability
