Does anyone know what the casting formula for catnip meteor is?
the magic accessory gives -1s variable cast time, I can't feel the dex reducing the cast time. is it mostly fixed?
so if that is the case will 1 dex be a viable option then just put 77 luk for AA carded mid for SP regen(sp probs >.<)

I heard fix time 3.0s + variable time 4.5s.

i think you cant spam meteor even with 10.000 dex
because it has cooldown , around 2-3 secs maybe

i didnt mean that way, not spamming in a way that you can CNM bomb all the way without the cd delay. what I am asking is the least dex that is ok for one to be able to use CNM effectively, almost nonstop

Only possible way to instant cast things that have fixed cast(from what I've seen, and done myself numerous times with my sorc) is if your stats hit like...over 300 INT and whatever your dex is...when Runaway magic triggers for my sorc, I can instant cast all of the skills that have fixed cast time(and no, not using Ventus).

Makes no sense, fixed casting shouldn't be reduced by anything other than direct reduction mods right?

yeah and i can hit for 999999 damage because i have an armor with 2 taos.

there is a reason why they named it "fixed cast time"
