Dont know if this have been discussed in the past, but couldnt find anyting.
When i equip BDL shield i reach 608 in block rate, character total is 6044. When i add 4 parts of POS item which should give additional 61,1% block rate. But my total block rate does not change?
Is this a calculation error or do i miss something here? Anyone else have the same experience?
