It is damage against FIRE MONSTERS(Wind monsters for mandragora), just saw it myself. No dmg difference on fire spells(fire bolt on lunatic), but all magic on fire monster was increased.
I trusted you marty and this made +14 weapon turn into garbage, thank you '-'
