i put it off and on and my atk stays at 150+290

whats up?

% doesn't show on stat window or anywhere else.

 

The best way to check if you are getting the extra % would be to attack stuff with crit gears (if you have them) and check if the damage changes when you equip the ATK % equip.

 

You could check by just attacking things with and without the equip but damage will be all over the place and I think 2% increase will be hard to notice in that situation.
