Hello guys, i have an idea for the missions that i believe that would make the game more fun.

 

There are many beautiful maps that are not used more than 2-5 times for quests and then they are never visited again. I was thinking of the idea having all maps adjustable to all levels with the equal difficulty and rewards (this one is the hard thing i would say). I think it would be fun farming in any map, windia plains for example, without making a new player every 30 minutes, because that's an inconvenientthing to do. I don't personaly like seeing only the high level maps being used for farming, i think it can become very boring. i believe being able to play in any map you like would be amazing.

 

any opinions to that?

I partially like the idea. I would like some reuse of the stages and areas; like a boss invasion or a mega dungeon where you defeat super bosses in prior areas (since the beginning bosses and mobs are super weak). I specially like the music in the Swamp area; its one of the better tracks (along with Van cliff) in my opinion. This idea allows them to re-use great assets while still remaining fresh.

I do like the idea, but there are more reasons why it would be more useless than actually helpful. I remember I suggested reusing maps to make particular boss themed weapons for that particular map, be it an im weapon or regular weapon, not sure if you guys like that idea to have old maps be reused that way. One reason why reusing old maps for higher leveled players is that someone could maybe farm plasma in under 30 seconds per run alone or whatever. Remember that the basic windia plains map is incredibly small, no matter how strong the monsters or how many monsters are in in it would be tough to balance it, especially for every.single.map. I still like the idea, but it's quite difficult to make lower level mission maps scale with higher leveled players without making the rewards near useless or gamebreaking.

 

Maybe you can further expand on what you actually mean, more explanations may give popcorn more ways to adjust if it is physically possible, not game breaking, and not a useless waste of time. I'm certain many old players would not be against revisiting old maps that provide something rather than nothing since we can all visit the map at any time killing monsters in 1-2 hits with a level 1 weapon although it may not be that fun.

 

It would be an interesting buffer for old players to do/work on something that can be worked on while waiting on new endgame content.
