I want to make hybrid support/magic Doram. But I have few issues. 

1. I can't assign points to chattering. The only requirement is power of land, so I don't understand why the game does not let me put skill points into it. Bug?

2. With power of the land and maxed stem spear and meteor I only need  to assign 4 more points in the vegetable tree, is that correct? Or does the power of Land count as well, so I only have to assing 3 more points in this tree?

3. The official skill calc for Doram  has different description for the power of the sea. Apparently there was a patch on Kro buffing it as well as making it impossible to copy Doram's skills. Since on our server it's impossible to copy doram skills, is the description incorrect?

You need to get lvl 100 to assign points into the other skills past the 1st passives.

Need to be lvl 100 to assign points to the second tier of skills. It says it under General Messages tab if you try to assign points but if like me you use a separate chat tab you'll get confused.

If you can't assign points to chattering probably is because your level is lower than 100.

 

Yes,Having the Power of Land passive skill and maxing Catnip Meteor and Silvervine Stem Spear leaves you with 4 skill points to put into Catnip Powdering and Silv Root Twist. You will end with 17 skill points left for distribute in Power of Sea tree.
