Hello zanzibar, your character disconnection issue is different and specific to migrated pRo accounts. I hope the staff are able to assist you in ticket some time soon.

DIsconnected 5~10 times since the past hours after maintenance. Failed to finish 2 instances (Isle of Bios and Faceworm) because of this. Please help.

At this point I would suggest running a tracert as soon as the disconnection occurs.

I just got a dc while trying to enter the Hazy Forest instance and now I can't get into the game anymore (disconnected from the server). Can you guys fix my char, please? (Nick: Anderson Silva).

I am still experiencing heavy lags (one that freeze your screen for a few seconds before resuming) in high TI map about 16 hours ago.

Been having random connections the past three days, worst today... anyone else experiencing this? Are they back?

Are you serious right now>? I was fighting new instance MVP had him down to im guessing under 5% of his health left and get DCed. time items wasted almost dead and bad DC. I feel like I did when my Amon Ra card dropped and dissapeared.

Is this still a thing?! Got sudden disconnect without lagging whatsoever in the middle of fighting Charleston, on 1.43 pm (+7 GMT). Now I lost my 4 Charleston component =_=

I got a  lot of random DC today. T_T. almost unplayable now.

I believe that server-wide disconnection issue has been mitigated, rather resolved.

Please see my post here, in case the issue recurs please open a topic at the technical section, make sure to include your tracert for analysis.

 

As of recent events, it is important to note that there's been reports of Map Zone issues (maps being inaccessible including instance dungeons) which are usually resolved in a timely manner.
