Hi,
I just reached level 130 and i wanted to start trying some instances for fun...
Charlston crisis sounds fun especially i have mechanic staying at level 100.
I read the guide and it seems like i have to speak to one of the npcs in Verus, which prerequisite looks like level 140! while charlston has level requirement of 130, how do i go to verus and speak with the npc to start the instance?
