If you're having problems with the current disconnect issues, try setting your vend, minimalizing your iRO tab so you're on desktop, then click the windows button and "switch user" (dont "log off") on your computer. Your vend will remain online with minimal effort of your computer.
Lately whenever i set my vend and run it normally with the iRO screen up, i get d/c hardcore (since the current cat patch). But a 100% problem solver (for me) is what i listed above. I tested this with 2 different comps at the same time. The one with the viewable vend got d/c, but the one that was at the windows user select screen was still 'logged in', and when i actually logged into the account the next morning it was still up & running.
The reason you have to mimimalize the iRO window first is because once you switch user and then come back, if the window isnt minimalized, it could potential show an all-black screen that is still vending but not viewable (you can't see anything at all, just a black screen). it did for me anyway, but my comps arent really "gaming" comps so maybe that's why. If you minimalize minimize (caught by grammar police) it first before switching users, when you come back to it the only thing that should be slightly glitched is some of the other vendors' vend signs.
