Problem with Sakray is, there are skills that are missing effects as well, and some that are not working as intended, the core sakray build isn't reliable enough to use as a resource :X
Doesn't change the fact the intent of the accessories is instacast.

We don't know that. We have seen a video in Korean but does not say that it is kRO, we have also seen instant casting in Sakray, but Sakray is unreliable, all we can do is wait for kRO to reply.

I hope the Warpportal GMs/CMs could answer this rather than waiting on kRO.
It's new content, they need to ask kRO these things.

I read this thread and I may misunderstand.. but Doram accessory reduce 50% of cast time of the skill. 2x accessory makes it instant casting.
I have played Doram on kRO and this is the case there. There is no fixed cast time on Silvervine Stem Spear or Picky Peck.

Guess we will find out, personally I hope it is the same as Picky Peck, since my Doram will be end gaming with SV Stem.

Yeah thats why I kept saying it is bugged. If picky peck is same with kRO stem spear should be same! Huehue
