I have to say, while I tremendously appreciate the huge spotlight, it is a slight pity that Comodo isn't included. Imagine the epic Grove exp

I got the costume that I wanted, really. But at the expense of tons of Mouton Life? Anyways I just tried to ask for a reroll, not surprised they didn't gave into my request. I just think they are being selective in accomodating such requests. 

 

Well, they say that every ticket is handled on a case-by-case basis. I don't know if you sent a ticket in asking, but either way, if they rerolled for you (or for me) they'd have to allow a reroll for everyone.

 

But in all honesty, I didn't ask for anything. I just made a statement that I made while extremely frustrated and he took notice, looked into it and came up with the idea of bringing in a Granny Boxter-style costume reroller and suggested that I could also trade them in for stones. Basically telling me "Sorry about your luck, but I spoke to RNGesus. He said you need to go to RNGhell."

 

tldr: I got no special treatment. Camp noticed my frustration and decided to pacify me by talking about it in PMs.

i not sure you guy notice or not after refine event is really low rate success for 1 weapon i think MS refine better than Mighty Hammer lol my last try to forge Inverse Scale from +7 only success on +8 than backward to +4 later i use another 2 safe to 7 certificate make +6 and get fail totally.PS:maybe bad luck for me how about you guy? anywhere four-leaf clover no add up luk for weapon upgrade i got 172
