i recently saw a video of a cat meteoring the s#t out of an RG. but i don't know if that's from a private server. is the no cast meteor/stem possible? how to achieve it?

As i know you cant spamm CN Meteor, since have a huge Fixed Cast Time (5~7 without equips and with set luxurious +10 set is something like 3~3.5secs), even with Fenrir and +10 Elegant set i hear you still cant get full -100% FCT (weird formulas there...) of course you can cast fast, but not instant yet

 

About SV Stem Spear, you can do it very fast cast time but still there Fixed cast time i tested so many times without Shining Branch, with 1 and 2, Damage work, reduction variable cast time work (both) and finally FCT (looks like is 1sec Fixed, so with Elegant set +8~9 you can reduc half), of course my damage is very poor because i dont have cards in any of my gears or Magical Shadow set, and my weapon is only +13 i cant get it +16 T-T my damage seems 31K (oh and i forgot to say i dont get the buff from spirit of land because i put more points in sea ones than vegetables, so i losing a huge amount of damage 20% i think is that)

 

anyway lets see if someone with Fenrir card can denied about my comment about FCT (i hope was a lie T_T)

On my low level doram, with no gear:

Cast time without sacrament: 1129 ms
Cast time with sacrament: 879 ms

Difference of 250 ms, so it has a 0.5 second fixed cast.

half, +10 Luxurious set is 50% FCT and +10 Elegant Set  will be 55%

+35 doram set = sacrament
+30 luxurious set = sacrament
+25 elegant set = sacrament
+45 elegant set = fenrir

so what ur saying is.. its faster to just make a physical doram and reset so I can have sacrament on a magic doram. got it haha

Pretty sure magical doram levels up much easier and quicker on mobby areas

Yup as my experience, Physical is good and fast than magical for lv 1 to 120, then Magical become is the way to 175, then again for MvPs Physical again.

I highly doubt a magical doram wouldve been able to tickle the exp i got on my way to 175.  There isn't even a 160 magicat yet.

 

If I made another physicat I would be 150+ already instead of 116.

Because ppl with time/resources/money to invest and lvl up quickly had chosen physical build coz picky peck. Most of ppl you see playing magic are the ones that have no rush on leveling.

I was doing 2x Scarab Dungeon 2 TIs per 30mins. Big Bells? Hard to say, depends on the luck of the draw really.

2.5~3 TIs ´per 30 mins yeah i can do it, 4 i dont think so, i can do every time 3 bounty in 30 mins or less since there are retarded players doin ks when you get a big mob so i try to dont mob so much because that stupid but true reason. i rec every time in Scaraba Hole 2, but pretty sure GMs still dont even care about this, anyway i will stop my drama about tickets xD, on the OP

 

i just take me some hours to make my magical Cat 140 and then i stop because the upgrade event xD and now i will wait since a EXP event is coming, i dont see any reason to rush, no exp event yet, no race for this time, no upgrade event anymore, so take easy and slow testing things, oh and remember no because you dont see in ROPD dont mean there arent already Magic ones high level, hell i pretty sure still ROPD dont show the cats who are already 175 since 2nd and 3rd day lol.

 

anyway i will wait the hard work from Nirvanna in formulas

how fast does the magic cat's damage of CNM if you have +9 Doram Set(100) with doram accessories?

Could care less about info from ppl who medal'd or leeched their cats. They can't really provide any leveling info even if they 175'd in 2 days so what are you going get out of them? If you are leveling in scaraba hall and NCT you will run into people here and there.

So is there any point to the set if you have sacrament? You'd be better off with other gears.

You dont really use the set for the cast time tho, is for the damage boost.
