 I recieved a Bron Evil Eye from a low chance box (opened with gold key)

But i cant equip it... 

I cant even store it...

A guy said "you have to download renewal version" but im on STEAM so i cant do that

(sorry... but my mother language is SPANISH)

Possibly the item is unidentified. To test this out, get item [Magnifier] and use it, see if it resolves the issue.
