FYI all, this has happened to me 2 times in 2 days. I gifted 2 things from one char to another. Once yesterday and once today. One of the 2 items never arrived to the other person. The names were exactly spelled correctly. So be careful. I lost 1 teleport ticket, which was not much today, but the other was a IM weapon
Now an update, I have 3 tabs in the item mall purchases, for some reason it appears the item went to the first tab instead of being sent to the last tab where there was an open slot. I cannot be sure it is the item or not, I could have sent the item before too and did not remember having it in there. 
But a friend of mine who only has one tab, only 1 of them went in there.
Not sure if it is a bug or what, just saying be careful just in case.
