This game needs clan banks.!!!!!
First 50 slots are free, then charge Zulie for additional pages/slots. You could have it charge per 10 spaces or by the page.
Use existing NPC with additional option. Utilize the existing clan rank system to allow permissions. Tax withdrawals and deposits. Allow premium players to access through clan tab. (Heck even make a 150IM Clan bank expansion coupon.)
Possible features:
- Allow for clan zulie donations.
a. Purchase clan exp buff. (donated gold fund total is used to purchase clan exp bonus (ie: +.01 exp per 1 million with a x2.0 limit)
b. Taxed transactions.
c. Monetary clan ranking and rewards system. (total clan "worth" ie: clan fund or purchases)
- 1. Donated gold is removed from circulation.
d. Clan rank based rewards vendor? ( richest guild claims special monthly rewards)
- In game currency purchased slot expansions
a. Use of current implemented clan ranking system. (the ones that have otherwise no proper function)
- Clan tab based item mall powered by zulie purchases.
a. Charge a couple 100 million per item tier to "upgrade" item values and variety.

*** Dust is flying on the horizon. You see a small figure in the distance. As the individual makes his way though the winding path of El Veroon, you see a large cart being towed by an old beat up Miser car that's got one wheel not quite the right size.
An old Artisan and Dealer with a scruffy beard is behind the wheel! His cart clunks and chugs wildly! It whales to a crawl and stops just inside the gates of Junon.*** He is a rare and fine antiquities Dealer!!! Having traveled thousands of miles across the planets he has collected thought-to-be lost relics and rarities!! Come see his fine wares and help him collect the parts he needs to continue on his epic journey to "see it all!" (insert old costumes or items just with an "Antique" in the name,and charge a few 100 million per item)
(rinse and repeat as seen fit to control inflation)
Develop NPC that sell grade 7 gems or other valuable items that have a price point that undermines the current market value of items. not all of these vendors need to be 24/7/365. month long maybe? Enough to impact the market and drive prices down while soaking up as much loose currency as possible.
- Players a fickle. Buy a Topaz[7] from a player for 300 million, or take a trip to the new Jeweler's Shoppe and get it from the NPC for 200-250 million.
- Sell exclusives or items otherwise only in item mall.
- Older items from years past with a new "name tag" (create never before seen treasures or allow for players to reminisce and stumble upon old favorites for a price)
- Have him be there for a weekend or a week at a time to sell desirables and put otherwise hoarded zulie to use.
- Design a small quest line of "go talk to this guy, and get me 5 of those" for a worthwhile item (something a new player could do to help boost their funds or collect an interesting new item to show off)

These are some ideas I think would VASTLY improve and rejuvenate the stale environment that is not only the window shopping walk of Junon, but add some substance while improving a spiraling situation. Give us something new, something that feels special or makes us feel like we are. Put some cheese on our crackers. Rose has become intimidating to new players because of the outrageously inflated marketplace. I know I had second thoughts getting back into the swing of things.
I remember if you found a +5 Jam?! It was lights and sirens! 150k! That was enough to buy enough rebuffs to level for the day! xD
But in all seriousness, food for thought.
