Hey there! I started playing ROSE in about 2007, all the way back when it was pay-to-play. I've kept an eye on ROSE ever since then and I've came back around due to nostalgia. Since playing games at a young age I always wanted to learn how they worked, especially ROSE, so I taught myself programming 4+ years ago through the game Garry's Mod and learned Lua. I moved onto Python to further my skills outside of video games, then shortly I moved onto C++ once I felt confident enough in my ability to code. From what I've read around the forums the amount of developers working on ROSE seem to be lacking, and what better way to use my skills than to try to help a game I've loved for years? I have poked around on another server (which I thought was actually an official branch, found out it was not shortly after.) and was amazed by the QoL changes and bug fixes they've squashed that are still prevalent in the current official release, so it has me curious why official ROSE has not followed suite yet.
Am I able to help in any way?
