I'm a new member and try to learn about RK, DB.

 

Can i add stat like this, without AGI. 

- VIT 120

- DEX 120

-INt 120

Are you able dance, want to use flinching to your advantage where possible, and have 85-90% cast delay reduction? No? Then you don't need Agi.

if i do not join PVP and WOE, so dont need AGI? for animation delay.

If you solo PVM/Instances with low delay reducts gears (only 20% of your TGL) you won't need agi at all.

Even with delay reduc you barelly need it. Unless you go for hitlock+instant cast you dont need it.

Honestly though, you should drop Int down to 110 and allocate those points to Agi. You won't notice a big difference in either damage or cast time by doing so, and it allows you to use DB to its full potential if you ever wish to.
