Will glorious holy avenger proc lex even from GD of roflror combo? Will the bolts from CD proc Whike?

Yes in my tests these hold true, so long as you are equiped with the holy avenger, it seems regardless whether the GD was manually cast or from the RRset, it will fulfill the condition for lex cast.

Now onto back with the class in itself, shield reflect is still a worthy skill to invest into and use during the period your sp bar is low. I do not see too much autocast difference and i use alot of the "when physically attacking" type activation ones.

Darn and I made a female paladin. She'll be staying in TE for a couple of WOEs then RG. Tried Death Guidance with ROR but it's not enough to sustain afk leveling.
