When i try to buy spinel repair kit worth 500mp from Dapara, it says that i dont have enough money even though i got 4k mp. Please repair it ASAP!

Thanks for reporting. Tested this both in Live and Test server and it does in fact seem to be broken. I've also noticed that in my old 2016 screenshots this item didn't exist in the shop list. Both a 5000mp character and a 1000000000mp test character was unable to purchase it so it doesn't appear to be an issue of price, but an issue with the availability of the item to begin with.
