Whats the ideal gears to 1 hit kill a big bell monster? using pecky peck skill.

+12 hero silver shoes
Tengu set
Bryn
+10 physical set
+14 elaborate foxtail [big bell] [peco egg]
Mad bunny [neo punk]
Worm acce x2 gold scaraba
+9 faw ea10 menblatt
Flameguard shadow and beholder shoes combo

With 120dex 120 str this will one shot big bell already.
Add some more damage to head gear its over kill, sonif you have a kiel upper headgear, better to use it.

  that's too op gears and overlapping damage. i just want a poor's man gear

+9 elemental tights instead of bryn. Hero shoes aren't 100% required because u can one-shot at 150 but needs full buffs (tako,str food,bunch of shrimp,arclouze dash,blessing). You will need to use an +9 miners Evil Marching hat + miners mid if you dont have a tengu set tho.

This set can one shot yes at times but not 100%. Just saying.

its cheaper and its good enough and will only get easier as he levels up.  also you can stack more str for consistent damage like using force3 instead of gold scaraba and a kingbird+power set unless u use a +8 basis armor then you will get 100% easily.  just keep your hp at full and everything will be ok.
