I think this item needs some attention. Ideas on how to make it better?

make it work on magic as well, increase the value to 35, give 35 of every defensive stat in the game(def/mdef/flee/p.dodge), enables teleport1 anc cloaking 1/2.

AGI + 1
Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 5 Cloaking on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
If you equip this without learning Level 3 Cloaking or higher, it only activates when you are next to the wall.

 

Awesome card for PvP/WoE/BG super fun but it has been bugged here for years

Without learning level 3 or higher it still activates level 5 if you are next to a wall (currently only activates level 1)
