Oh well, I hope that a strict instructions to the warpportal staff be made, if they are feeling lazy in anyday maybe just don't do it. And don't let the new staff handle these kind of cases.

I somehow think knew what you were talkin about, the other week I had a GM assisted trade, the staff was quick to respond, lessthan 24hrs I got a reaponse but the staff was asking for both us players to be online in able to proceed with the trade, so then I explained that we usually don't have to be online to do it and they can just go ahead and proceed and log out our characters when we are afk or access it when we are offline. So the next day I got a response that says not a problem we will do it.

It just makes me think the staff was new and didn't know the sop. But I'm very thankful coz it was done quick. xD

does t he NPC Works with Weapons??? what if weapons are compounded with two Cards 1 MVP and 1 Normal Card?? @___@ can anyone enlighten me please

Someone posted that you Jeremy does not work with Weapons and Shields? Is there a reason for this? I can see the issues with weapons because of multiple cards but why no shields? I was thinking about moving my GTB from a valk shield to another shield. Just wondering if it will be possible.

Lol dupe cards get deleted? Lol how to check if your cards are duped? Purchased a non verified mvp card, seller saying its too old and it has been years on the server. When i bought it i didnt know abt duped mvp cards. Now im worried that my mvp card is a duped lol. Soo shld i still desocket it?

Submit a ticket asking for GM verification if it's legitimate done on the card.

Yes, but this only works with Silit Pong Bottle which can only be done to MVP cards.

There's special service of Jeremy that has been updated on KRO sometime between 15.1 and 15.2 called 'Jeremy black market'.
between 15th to 20th every month. Jeremy provides a special desocketing service, which requires 1 high rank lubricant and 10 silvervine as fee.
This process won't either destroy your gears or reduce refine rate. But card has 20% chance to be destroyed.

Card desocketing is a way for players to remove slotted cards from their equipment. It's a great way to revamp your old favorite gear with new cards, or put the card into a fresh new piece of gear. This service is available on both Chaos and Thor servers.
How to Desocket Cards
Cards can be desocketed from their items by the NPC Jeremy in Malangdo (215, 166).

Jeremy's desocketing service can be paid for in one of four different ways:

• 1,000,000 (1 million) Zeny is the basic service fee, but has a high chance of failure
• General Lubricant can be used to raise the chances of a successful desocketing
• High Rank Lubricant can be used for an even greater chance of desocketing success
• Silit Pong is the best lubricant on the market, and is reserved for MVP cards - 100% success guaranteed!

When an item is desocketed successfully, you get both the item and the card back intact.
When an item desocket fails, either one or both of the item and the card are destroyed.

Lubricants
Lubricants help ease the separation between the item and its card. They can be purchased from the Special Vending Machine in Malangdo (218, 165) for the following exchange rates:

• Silit Pong Bottle = 192 Silvervine fruits
• High Rank Lubricant = 56 Silvervine fruits
• General Lubricant = 36 Silvervine fruits

Silvervine Fruits can be purchased from the Cash Shop in Silvervine Boxes. The boxes are able to be traded and vended, but not the fruits themselves.
