There is no vids of high lvl magic cat doing anything so im here asking how does a magic cat stack up to warlock in PVM/MVP?

Do you mean fighting one or comparing the two? Also both are poor at mvping.

 

I can do 150k to someone wearing DR/GR That's with out a 175 weapon.

No, not even efficient, the correct term would be they have a wider range. Locks can deal serious damage and kill speed to certain MVPs. Dorams are slower but can pack some serious defense.
