I was looking at description on valkrie hammer, and it looks as though it can be pretty decent DB weap .

 

For a swordman class, it give HP+500 and SP +100, plus VIT+1 for every upgrade.

 

Assuming the itme is +10, It will give you total of 10 vit.

 

Since it 4 socket, it can be made as quad hungter fly, quad skeleton archer or half & half.

 

I am assuming its one hand, which means you can also use shield.

 

 

Compare to TGL, it does not give -20% casting speed, but once excelion suit set comes out, it may be pretty decent weap.

 

what do you guys think?

Like i said on mainteance thread, a good RK weapon.

It's silly to compare to TGL as both weapons have different aplications and situations where to use each.

Comparing to other 1h DB weapons, it is the BiS gear now.

and yes, i just found out that bradium shiled give 500 HP... may be combine with ant egg card / thief bug egg card, it may give more boost to HP !

 

I really think ita pretty good 1 hand weap.

 

assuming +10 valkrie hammer + bradium shield(no card) = 1000HP & 100 SP..

 

i wonder how much dmg it will boost up?

Just check DB damage formula on irowiki, it doesnt involves atk just plain HP and SP, so it's pretty easy to do it yourself.

Giant Shield 2x Enchanted with :
2x 50 SP
2x 300 HP
or 2x - 3 VIT

Good Luck not breaking it and getting those enchants

btw, when i look at iro wiki, DB takes in considedration of Race ?

 

so if i use Valkrie hammaer with 4x big bell card + Neo punk comounded shield, should i do more dmg to big bells (formless) ?

No, only racial reductions work against it. So Hydra won't work to increase damage, but Thara Frog will work to reduce the damage you receive from it.

Ash which has highest Damage for DB most of the time with various setup ? Erde 2 AS Cards EA 12 or VH 4 AS?

Is that 4% extra ranged damage from EA12 scales better than extra 50 SP, 500 HP and some VIT boost?

 

(Let alone TGL for highest DPS due to natural 20% cast delay reduction bonus)

That depends on more than weapon alone. How much ranged% you already have, how much hp% plays a factor there too. With other hp% gears each point of vit will give like 400~500 hp, wich is a lot(and like 800~900 if taoed). The DB formula aint complicated, and you can use the calc.irowiki to simate your hp/sp, you can easily calc to perfection your damage.

It's not weapon, but wearing Pororoca Shoes, you can cast Deluge and increase your MAX HP.

And Also, increase WDB damage.

I can see now how valk hammer transformed to be the BIS DB RK's one hand easiest to build weapon since the introduction of powerful archer skeleton card.

 

btw can anyone here share how much the average zeny spent to obtain perfect enchanted weapon from malangdo, for example like TGL EA 12 or Erde EA 12

 

I'm trying to compare costs of making quadruple queenbird valk hammer with double queenbird erde or TGL both with EA12 enchants (I couldn't find people selling EA 12 version of these weapons in ragial)

Thanks for pointing me the Powerful AS Card ragial links Shachi, but I knew about it already

the cards will devalue in time judging from dozens of high level farmers that keep spamming the new instance daily with gums on multiple alts.

 

I already got 2 from endless routine run with several alts but decided not to sell it, just keeping it for self consumption

 

I'm still curious about the perfect enchant average cost from malangdo though, still didn't find any reference on TGL EA12/Erde EA12

but I found out about another malangdo enchantable weapon with perfect enchants (HF with perfect enchant EA12) being sold at 450z in the past, maybe the price refer to 4.5 billion Z at +14 refine

 

I'm assuming getting it clean without refine would cost 1-2 billions zeny probably, just a rough estimation from a non malangdo hardcore enchanter players or could be cheaper than my estimation

these malangdo enchanted weapons are also going to fall in price, as 4x of these cards are a bit more powerfull.

yeah, that's why ash to compete with 4 slots weapon like valk hammer or maybe another better weapon for DB RK with 4 slots from the future , 2 slots malangdo weapon should get perfect enchanted EA12 (EA 6 EA6) to have equal standing on range damage bonus alone.

 

because 1 powerful as card equal to 12% ranged damage on lvl 100 and beyond characters or equal to 1 EA6 enchants, you can easily purchase the cards from people / farm it by your own with greater odds than enchanting EA6 from malangdo

Yes with that +12/14 if u make it +14 addition and powerful archer skeleton +50% range total it's a best weapon for now unless they introducing another powerful weapon
