0-4 ELU

5-7 EELU (ELU has chance to break, depend on the item of its worth)

7-10 HDEELU  (Bring a few ELU with you, in case, it down to +3, u can use ELU to +4)

+8 is fairly easy, +9  2-60 HD ELU,  +10... good luck...

There is a upgrade tempo if you can sense it,  i can not describe it clearly here

Listen to the hammer cling cling kling kling, there is actually a tempo.  like enrich hammer, if you get 2 item 2 +9 in a row, you know it is time to stop or you will go to sin wave's bottom.  Shadow enchant too, but the tempo is harder to feel.

Actually, all Computer based RNG algorithms are based on either the server clock or the client clock, or a composition of many factors (e.g.: your map position, your gears, items on your inventory, etc.) AND the clock. This is if you analyse it on a low level perspective. There's no such thing as a "True RNG".

But this doesn't mean that you can feel the tempo, as it can vary drastically depending on the low level algorithm used. It's like you have some roulettes spinning at different speeds, and they all stop when you activate the RNG. Then, a panel displays the result of a chain of mathematical operations using these numbers and that's your result.

a rng is a datagod that is fed your algarythyms and has to determine a result. basically doing a coin flip 1 or 1 million times per second or hour or day so say you have 2000 or 2500 people on the server and alot of them are hunting upgrading finding drops farming etc all those bites of data is sent to a rng supergod that determines EVERY OUTCOME (it is basically a hardline computer) now if you say drop a card and someone else also drops a card and your other friend makes his or her +9 all at the same time. then maybe the datagod is saying yes more or being what is called positive. but if you farmed all day and got nothing and cant even make a +5 then the data rng is being negative. and they choose everytime statiscally 50% there is no rng that can be edited to be 20% odd or 75% odd there is only 50% 100% and 0% rng in existence. anything else they say is a lie.

so pretty much when the going gets good you go for it, and when the going is rough just be patient and wait it out.

if they could prove more that they have a set priority odds specific to the RNG they use to determine these outcomes like how the card drop is so low and refine rates are terrible, then why is the odds not available in game with a specific percentage all the time? it is because they dont actually give you the same odds every day. and hackers will prove that eventually im sure there is enough leaked information to shutdown the entire server. but it just hasnt made it to the right place yet.
