I havent played in years so some of the prices and gears are a bit shocking. Something I am wondering is why are the bijou's (red, blue, green and especially yellow) 8-20k each?

no one farm them. you can farm them at abyss lake, or high TI for yellow bijou. yellow bijou is the cheapest immaterial arrow material tho.
