if it is good for player benefit, why would need to fix?unless bug equipment that doesn't work as description like cylinder hairband.this armor just help for leveling nothing more extraordinary.

All bugs should be fixed. Period.

It is not even in the description of the item at the first place.why it is consider as bug

It wasn't included because the script didn't arrive. The care package had to be exactly as the scripts received. Doesn't change the fact that eventually the item will be updated.

On the contrary, things were released like this as to avoid a scam.

 

Items can and will change in the future, this has always been the case, some in good ways (like updating album drops), some in bad ways (like a really good leech armor obviously not double stacking with a good leech headgear).
