Im thinking about building one Crit RK and besides what everyone says about that build I think it will be great!
But anyway, I have a question and since I dont have an RK yet (and I didnt quite understand everything that the iRO wiki said) im here to ask for you guys help!

Thats what the wiki says about the rune:

Determination
Alt: Fighting Spirit
Rune: Asir.
Effect: Temporarily increases ATK by 7 per party member. Party members receive 25% of the ATK bonus. It also increases ASPD.
Target: Self.
ASPD Boost: 4 × (100 − Equip_ASPD)%
Duration: 3 minutes.
Notes: This rune doesn't stack; the party member effect will remove the user's and vice-versa if there are multiple Rune Knights in the party. The ASPD boost is absolute, not relative. The higher the user's total Equip ASPD% is, the lower the boost. For example: 24% of increased Equip ASPD will make this rune increases ASPD by 3, but if there is a 40% of increased Equip ASPD, this rune will only grant 2 ASPD.

So, thats my question: My only speed item will be the faw (which will give me only 4% atk speed from my 80 agi) and the AAW (+1 ASPD) so how much ASPD will the rune Determination give me?

If you only have 4% it will give a flat 4-4% aspd

4% of 4 is 0.16

4-0.16 = 3.84

So ultimately if I have, for example 189 asps it will increase to 192?

If you have exactly 189.00, it will become 192.84, so the game will count as 192.

If you have 189,20 for example, it will become 193.
