I have a question regarding the Warlock skill "Stasis".

Since I never played a Warlock but always other classes, I'm not sure how this skill works.

Is it possible to use it also in fields/dungeons outside WoE?

 

Here the reason why I ask this:

 

Today I was in the low TI with my ME HP, and during the leveling I received this skill(I'm not sure if a Warlock was around, since the skill effects covered a large part of the ground), as intended to work I couldn't use any skills for the duration.

This was pretty annoying, cos I had to enter again in the TI and I had a BM active.

So I'm wondering if is it normal that this skill works outside WoE or it's only a bug.

I didn't check if the monsters in the TI could give it, but I think that it's pretty unlikely.

So if it's a bug, I hope that it will be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise I could consider it as "Skill Abuse", I know that is pretty useless to report it, in particular inside a TI, but to try doesn't cost anything.XD

It was a warlock who used that skill. Happened to me today in low ti too.

This sucks! So you can kill the other players. -__-

It's the best a warlock can do in retribution to a KSer Ranger or Rebelion.

Technically it works on a variety of monsters skills as well, but it can bring more harm than good to a party if the WL doesnt uses it apropriately.

Yes. I know someone who has stasis 5 on his build just for the trolling...
