I am noticing a faster reaction time from iRO to my place here in Toronto.

​This is the first time for me to spam VP this fast, and it's much appreciated.

 

​P.S.
​For some reason I can only do this if I run RO in Windows 7.
​In Windows 10, I literally can NOT spam VP or any other targetted Skills.
​I have tried Leatrix and that works and smoothened my movement (walking, NPC reaction time etc.).
​But for some reason, when Leatrix is applied or if i use Windows 10, i can't spam.

another thing I forgot to mention.
when I record this using Bandicam on my Windows 7 boot, I get the proper 60fps.

If I do the same on Windows 10, the fps I get goes down to 24-40fps.

but anyway, I am liking this improved iRO performance. Thanks GMs!
