xbow scout small durability buff

The health per level scouts gain is quite low which doesn't make much sense for xbox scouts who are meant to have some durability.  I'd like to see shield defense give 200/400/600/800/1000 health so their health pool could be a little better.

I've been looking at them, specially seeing as I just gave them up and went to bow. They most definitely have some survival issues. Some Health and having Guard provide increased block amounts instead of a measly 10% reduction would definitely be a good start. Though, 1k HP is not going to do you many favors with their meek damage mitigations when it bypasses the block. Something of a DEX : HP ratio passive I think would be much nicer.

 

Perhaps the DEX : AP could be changed to DEX : HP with maximum ratio's of 15 HP : 1 DEX on both [essentially mimicking the Max MP : INT from Muse class but with HP]. And no, 15 : 1 isn't much, if I see any argument it's OP, then you're also arguing the Max MP passives for Mage's are Over Powered, and any logic used against the proposal, I'll simply level at Mages being nerfed via proxy argument.

It wouldn't be OP for a couple reasons. They don't have a lot of damage mitigation both in their active skills and from hawker class armor so the effective HP gain would be smaller compared to other classes. Secondly, crossbow scouts would become less of a threat. Without the AP passives giving a total of .5 AP per 1 DEX they don't have much damage. Crossbows have mediocre damage, low attack speed, and weaker % AP classes than most weapons with the exception of 1h melee, so the extra 200 AP or so the passives provide are a significant portion of their damage.

 

It might be nice to see one of the DEX to AP passives get doubled and the other one get reworked into the passive you are suggesting.
