Please take a screenshot of the issue, upload it to any image host website (imgur or tinypic) then link it here.

Also in Pingzapper's add window, make sure you are linking the correct exe of Ragnarok (Ragnarok.exe or ClassicRO.exe).

Greenfu, were you able to run RO fine through the app before or is this your first time trying?

I am receiving the exact error on my end, possibly an issue with Pingzapper directory reading. Please report the issue to Pingzapper support.

For now you may want to give Battleping OR WTFast a try. There is also Leatrix Latency Fix 3, note that only one of them should be installed at a time for better results.

This is my first time to join Iro classic, I able to run the ro if I dont access via Pingzapper.

Unfortunately since I am from asian area , I am facing a real laggy problem which is not my internet problem probably is ping.

I tried WTfast too, they still can't connect to my Ragnarok I am wondering why.

The updater displays the "man being chased by angry mouse pointers" image when it fails to load its resources from the PatchClient subfolder. This usually occurs when the updater is launched with the wrong working directory set.

I've just installed Pingzapper on Windows 10 and wasn't able to find a way to specify a game's working directory. Try adding a new custom game with the following parameters:

Launcher file: CIF\ClassicRO.exe
Main game file: CIF\cmragexe.exe

(CIF represents the path to the client installation folder.)

If the problem persists, then Pingzapper probably isn't compatible with the IRO client.

This is how I access ragnarok without pingzapper.

It's show ' waiting for connection ' . But when I do start the game it will automatically cancel the connect from Pingzapper.

When I double click the RO in pingzapper , it will show this ' a blank white patcher ' and it's stucked.

When tested, PingZapper loads RO incorrectly. If you can't modify the directory as what Axylus has mentioned then you are better off trying another application, at least till PingZapper's technical fix the problem.
