Out of nowhere this suddenly happens. Sometimes I can't use any skill or item and the message shown is Any work in progress (NPC something). Does it happen to anyone else?

A window (probably teleport skill window?) is not closed properly, it should time-out after a short while I think it is 1 minute, if not relog the character.
