how about a setup of Temporal Str Hawkeye EA4 for Cartcannon? Once I proc hawkeye will that increase ranged damage by 20% via +200dex via menblatt card alone?

 

I'm sure CC damage will be better from RM or BP but RM needs demonic fire to proc and consumes large sp while BP needs to take damage to proc. I'm planning to use this boot mainly for leveling so I plan on kiting with CC to level so not alot of face tanking either.

 

I'm unsure if LD will produce better damage than Hawkeye so I'd like to know your input on this

I know this isn't related to the topic but is related to the second question.  Which temporal boots would be ideal at this point in the game?  I last read DEX with RM was good but given the most optimal situation, would STR boots work better (in both examples, 120 DEX vs. 120 STR respectively)?  And with what enchant?  Most of the builds I've read were pre-Cylinder.

if you have 120 int and are cart cannon build, you can go with temp int ea RM, and use demonic fire to proc the RM. If you are using AB primarily, go 120 dex with temp dex boots for the damage and reduction in cast time (2x dps)

if you have Cylinder HB or Tengu set 120str with Str Temp boot would be best.

LD or BP

 

BP will do more damage but will cost you HP. LD does less damage but doesn't cost you anything.

EA4 Runaway magic from what i saw on youtube vids pretty much doubles your dmg if you can get the dam thing to proc..
