Hello team,

 

Looking at the situation with commander's low dmg and no plan on fixing that, here i come with some recommendations.

 

Why not make it good for AA and SS?

 

Add CAD + PCC per reinf. Commi cannot match Zerker or Sin dmg but at least they should be able to fight in both styles with same armor.

 

At the moment the armor increase STR which is only good for AA, why not make it useful?

Commi have Quick Attack, very good skill for AA but nobody cares cuz new set is forcing all to go SS.

 

Let them have both Styles, AA + SS with same armor, this will help a lot in raids and pvp.

 

This will not make them OP but balanced.

Don't really think that would make commy competitive at all, (talking about mass PK or battlefield).
The problem isn't the commy.
The problem are most of the casters and the inflation of the stats.
Melees are not needed in PvE, when you have casters that can tank and are simply much better in DPS because of ground aoes.
Or just look at current prot/radi situation. What's the point of prot atm? They are totally useless compared to radi. Radiants are much better in pvp, heal 3 times more than prot, can keep anyone alive much easier. Prot is not needed at all, it's pratically useless, radi "tanks" better even in pvp, and anyone can tank current bosses with radis heals.
We can follow your idea, or even keep buffing commy set, but would increasing more and more the stats here and there fix the situation, or would make it even more broken? We need some radical changes in my opinion...
Anyway, I wouldn't mind if commy get AA bonuses in set, but I really don't think it's going to make such a difference xD

you have a point... at the moment commys can deal around 3.5k dmg on cap DEF... Extra CAD wouldn't change the fact that they still way under balanced compared to other classes.

 

I hear Elem can deal up to 18k dmg with debuff

Commi should be able to stand vs any class in game, but this is not the actual situation... shame on class.

CAD + PCC should be added, and SCAD should be increased along with INT.

At the moment 3k per hit at +30 is really too low.

 

Darkest Commi at +30 with no enchants should hit around 4k on cap DEF, adding INT should help with balance.

Commi = absolutely SS class.

AA for fools.

Delete block from set and add SCAD. Its give commi 4k+ dmg on cap def.

The Commander class died a long time ago, so let it rest in peace.

 

No half measure "patching" will do to save the class, neither any half arsed, half baked "ideas" the glorious "dev team" might have (is that even possible?).

 

Commanders were among the first victims if not THE first of this most epic ongoing process that has been brutalising ReQQ, for years now. We all knew and know what the focus is, it was very true even under Korean management, at least back then there was a glimpse of hope and a slight sense of "balance", against their much adored "mage class" bozzo clowns.

 

Now you only have a rabid pack of sad bozzo clowns performing in this pitiful circus show, of course run by the master clown(s) in charge (?). What makes you think you would need a "tank" (the traditional one as we used to know them) or anything similar in a game that was actually based on the "holy trinity".

 

Such irony isn't it.

He did so in order to deal damage, at least some. SS commi hit magicians in shield 0 0 0 0

Hi all,

 

First of all, i respect all opinions about builds, each one here is free to use the job how they want. Well... my point is: commie cant be AA since commie dont have stuns enough to keep the enemy stuned to use AA atk and, commie have only 3 sec stun, it allow you to make like 4x damage in this amount of time. I did play as commie from 2008 to 2014, i did experience many kind of duels...and trust me, AA commie  cant do anything against any class that can attack moving around, like SS commies...casters...even against AA chars with enough stuns...(im talking about equality in items and experience in pvp). To turn commie in an AA class or at least give an oportunity to use this as an AA type, need to add more stuns to this class as well as stun to rush for example.... not only add cad to armors...commie or any class can have 10k cad, but if you dont have a mechanism to keep your adversary stopped for a good amount of time your cad will be useless, would be good if the commie armors have plus in cad/scad.  Commie actualy is a forgotten class; about  block defense, who play as commie know this is very important...another very important think: "the minimum distance to use rush"; who is a experienced commie know that some expert sins use this as an way to put commies in a "trapp" and reduce a large amount of their hp with a bow...this happen like this: 1st: any stun, 2nd: a "forever" slow, 3rd they get a exactly position that you can use only beam slash that is almost useless in this situation and cant use rush...so if you move forward they move back...if you move back to try rush they move forward to keep you in this......so i think a rush from 0 to 30m is a good way to fix this too...only commie have this weakness because they cant do anything different of other classes. Well i just want commie good to play again...with balance as before... ;)

You are right on all you mentioned Max, but also is not about the commander at all, as kazara also said casters are way to overpowered than melees, and its ridicolous that a commander HP get like 6-8 hitted by a caster,when commie was always running into a crowd and had some chance to survival, but now its impossible. +Low dmg compared with other jobs Hopefully they will make it stronger with next changes or even skill updates.

increase base scad and cad of defender items ,68 cad/scad  is low s on upper to be honest some melee  sets should be started with values above the nightmare/terror set +30 (119 cad/scad on upper )

 

they make domi set op to make domi more attractive to play this is obvious 

 

some solutions to make balance between casters vs melee is reflective skills ,temporary imunity to fields skills (walk on aoes without dmg) or block magic attacks

this is totally bullsh1t ...commie armor should also increase scad like every other class in game...and also ..commie skills are the only melee skills that are actually quite ok ...and still instead of adding INT CON and SCAD per plus it only adds str and con ....this totally killed the class ...i mean u wont be able to kill -_- ...while others already do 6-7k+ on cap def/resist  taking you down in a matter of seconds...commie struggle to deal 2-3 k that if u last long enough to get close to any target ...bullshi1t honestly...
