Update:

The issue should be resolved by now. If you are still getting failed to connect please wait at least 5 minutes from last attempt then try again.

Does it mean it is normal to have this problem log in to the game for another couple of weeks? It happens almost the same time everyday

We are aware of disconnection issues but its getting worst today. Its been like two weeks.

IMO these kind of problems should be dealt with as soon as possible and not be put back until the weekly maintenance

Had about 4 failed attempts to login and then got DC'd after being in game for about 5 mins

 

I should add that today is the first time I've had this happen

No it is not normal, in fact it is rather frustrating.

Please understand that the staff are not neglecting this issue and actively looking for a fix.

Login is really slow right now but it can accept connections! Do not spam the login and take a pause between each try.

If you are stuck inside an instance please report it here. The staff will be on standby to release stuck characters.
