I'm sorry what this issue you have been experiencing! Just to make sure, are you using any 3rd Party Application not allowed by the game? Fyi, 3rd Party Applications such as Cheat Engine, Speedhack, Jitbit Macro Recorder and other applications are currently banned from game and will make players disconnect. If that's the case, please stop launching those applications while playing! (I don't think that's the case because there's no F2F error code in the chat)
Anyway! For a proper help, please visit this link https://support.warpportal.com and send a ticket to Warp Portal's support team. You are not needed to register on that website but sure that if you register you can check the replies of Support Team in a faster way!
