use 16 certs just to get +7 from +4. that's 240m. If i'm rich like veteran player, 240m is like 240k.

The celine ribbon am currently making now at its 8th cert still +5,

Hope it wont turn like my temp vit which costed me 32 certs and 200+ ores lol

here is my tip:   do not spam it.   every 1 try, wait for NPC cling cling twice, then try again

i upgrade over 50 hammer and evil dragon, the average ost of cert is about 7-7.5  per pieces.

like i previous state, there is a tempo on cert7 upgrade.

the upgrade process really take time if you want max efficient.  

any time, you can get them to +7

+7 to +10, u need enrich hammer event.

+10 to +14 or even +15, you need mighty hammer special event.

it really take time if you want to mass production on expensive gears....

It's purely random. You can get it with 1 try or you might end up die trying.... and still trying. Just rest it when you get a straight fail.

 

WS upgrade is just better by 10% compared to the NPC. You will still fail most because you are just using normal stones. Just keep trying and don't stop trying.

actually i get +8+9 for crimson katar only holy hard to forge so i get +7 so far.crimson dagger are way much hard to forge so far i have 2 fire crimson dagger +7 and 2 water crimson dagger +8.

I'll tell you I made my crimson dagger +5 to  +10 accidentally. I didn't even know it was already +5 and I counted for 5 thinking that it was clean and it made no fail. All crimson are level 3 weapon so they are the same whatever element they posses. Purely RNG.
