My level 63 character TRAPKi is now gone. When I log in it asks me to create a new character.

24 hours for a reply? That's a little ridiculous when the majority of the player base hasn't had their characters transferred and we are paying users. I submitted a warp portal ticket about another issue 3 days ago and still haven't received a response. The lack of communication by WPs Devs is simply not enough. The issues should be addressed as they happen and as a whole. The fact we have to wait for the devs to fix their -_- up (sitting in silence) while others are using the game is very frustrating.

This company offers Some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced In a game or online period. No phone number anywhere to get a hold of the company and the number for Gravity Interactive no one picks up... surprising. WP better be compensating players for these crucial errors on their part.

@KyrieDielle I've been a member of Steam for close to 15 years now and spent lots of money and had all my issues addressed without being left in the dark. please don't even try to compare them to this circus act.

I received a reply from WP telling me to "rest assured the devs are on it"

We're on the same server and mine got rolled back to level 11 from level 64.

We don't have a chance of getting back our character and items because they already give me back the gems I spent so I doubt they will give back our character intact with those stuff we bought from the cash shop.

We also lose our server opening rewards and all the drops we got from farming.

The CS said that they will talk to the devs about the level that is rolled back so I guess the best they can do is add the lost levels.

If that's the case, I'm leaving the game.
