Hello, many players have been complaining about problems, and you have not been there for our mistakes, that you have committed, made merge, served several Bugs, Deleted Accounts, All Lagged Server no matter what channel you are on. Would be the best thing was, reset the server and return the diamonds to everyone, and opened server by order. Rest the server and return our diamonds.

I would be okay with this, too.

Since other people I wanted to play with were on a different server than me, I made a new character on that server and re-bought VIP.....

To make matters worse, even though VIP is (to my understanding) applied to all characters, the merge didn't extend my time or anything like that.

Im sure after the Server open event they will return the servers to different servers, they just wanted to make sure that they didnt need to give out so much prices but to put all the spendors on same place and fight over the prices.

 

This is 1 move they made and i can say it will pay them dear, im not even sure its allowed what they have done, they even resetted the "rank" on diamond topup.

 

 

But what makes me even more worried is that opening card slots cost hell to much, it shouldnt cost 200 diamonds for a normal slot and UP TO 4K DIAMONDS on a BOSS SLOT
