You can join the game; but you need to remember being a F2P player you will have to focus on the market place that you gain i believe at lv 30; and monitor the items and what they sell for. The market is still in its "molding" stages as the game is not even a week old yet. So if anything I would just dive in and try to make the best of it and join a guild.... it helps alot.
