I have been unable to mute Ragnarok Journey since the servers merged. Is there any remedy available? Using the master volume for all browsers restricts my online activity. I appreciate any clarification one can provide.

The mute button is on the map under the gear icon... you can also open the gear icon and on the second tab can change the volume there.... just uncheck the boxes next to the sliders will mute it
