Stage 20 f3 the monster does not appear anymore

Let's go in order

 

Q : Did one of your party member got disconnected (dis) unconditionally or unexpectedly ? 

A : If yes then it's because of lag (idk specifically). Once it happens all you can do is leave, however sometimes when it bugged and someone raged and leave the F7 , it works again

 

Q : But no one got disconnected and me/him/her pressed F3 but still did not work????!!!!

A : Be patient, it's lag, again. Whenever it happens I told my team to wait for a minute or so, and the game resumed.
